VOTER ID REQUIREMENTS
West Virginia does not require photo ID. Accepted: driver's license, voter registration card, Medicare/Medicaid card, utility bill, bank statement, or any government document with name.
VOTE BY MAIL
Any registered voter may vote absentee by mail. No excuse required.
